Damages: In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, if your package is lost, marked as delivered or if your order is incorrect-  you MUST notify House of Thirty-First within 2 days of delivery via email at houseofthirtyfirst@aol.com. There are NO exceptions to this rule. If a damage has occurred, you must send photos of the damaged product so that we (House of Thirty-First) can properly handle the situation. Damaged products upon delivery will be issued in the form of a store credit only. Refunds will not be issued for damages- there are no exceptions to this policy.

Lost Packages: Lost packages will result in a shop credit for the entire total of the lost order once all search efforts have been exhausted by the carrier.

Returns/Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns in exchange for a refund UNLESS the product is deemed defective by the seller (House of Thirty-First).

Cancellations:  Cancellations are NOT allowed on orders once they have been processed and shipped. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Stationary Goods ONLY

I have a refund policy of 7 days for stationary goods, you will have 7 days to contact me from when you received your order to let me know you'd like a refund.

 

  • To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
  •  To let me know you'd like to start a return, please email me at houseofthirtyfirst@aol.com. Once your return request is accepted, it can be sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Please do not send me a return without first contacting me as it will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.
