The first time you light your candle, allow the wax to pool all the way to the outer edges of the glass jar. Allowing a full melt pool creates even burn (no tunneling) and maximum fragrance throw.
CANDLE PLACEMENT WHILE BURNING
Always burn candles on a level, heat-resistant stable surface.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Never use a candle as a night light or while you may fall asleep.
Keep away from children and pets.
Keep away from drafts like fans, vents, doorways, or windows.
LONGEVITY
Trim your wick. Before burning, alwaystrim the wick to ¼ inch. You can use a wick trimmer, nail clippers, or scissors. Long or crooked wicks can cause uneven burning, dripping or flaring.
If your candle’s flame starts to burn or flicker wildly and does not calm down, extinguish your candle, wait a few hours, and trim the cooled wick before relighting.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at one time.
KEEP IT SAFE
Discard or recycle your candle jar when there is 1/4" of wax left.
Do not add dried flowers or debris to the candle, as any foreign object can get too close to the flame, catch fire, and result in damage.
Do not use room sprays or other flammable sprays near open flame.
Never use a knife or sharp object to remove wax drippings from a glass holder. It might scratch, weaken, or cause the glass to break upon subsequent use.
Never move or touch the candle jar when the wax is in liquid form.
Never extinguish a candle with water.
