Returns - Exchanges
— Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
— If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 4 DAYS of delivery at houseofthirtyfirst@aol.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once received and acknowledged by us <House of Thirty-First> to the Customer, we will assess to determine the appropriate corrective action.
— To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within the designated return window <4 days>.
NOTE: CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF RETURN SHIPPING
Cancellations
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. After your order is fulfilled we <House of Thirty-First> DO NOT accept cancellations.
Lost - Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our home, it's in the hands of the carrier. House of Thirty-First is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We know this is a possibility especially during the holiday season, but we're happy to assist with tracking or filing a claim if this does occur.
